Return Policy

1. Returns

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

2. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 15 business days.

3. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, please contact us at turfshops01@turfshops.com.

4. Non-Returnable Items

5. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
